West Virginia has received a commitment from Dallas (Tx.) safety Rickey Giles.
Giles, 5-foot-11, 185-pounds, committed to the Mountaineers over Memphis and Utah, who were a part of his final three schools.
Overall, Giles held scholarship offers from a variety of schools including Oregon State, Boise State, San Diego State, North Texas and Colorado State, among others.
This past season as a junior, Giles tallied 51 tackles, two interceptions, one forced fumble and one sack.
The South Oak Cliff standout is rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports.
