Morgantown, WV – Earlier this morning, the WVU Athletic Department announced a jersey patch deal with Antero Resources. This deal, that is good for five years, will feature a patch across all WVU sports teams, beginning this fall.
The details regarding the finances of the deal were not released to the public, according to multiple sources. Antero Resources becomes the second major energy brand that WVU has entered a partnership with – joining Hope Gas, who currently holds the naming rights to the WVU Coliseum.
