Morgantown, WV – Moments ago, Rich Rodriguez and the WVU Football program secured another piece to the 2027 recruiting class. Andre Phillip II, a 247Sports three-star quarterback out of Texas, committed to the Mountaineers on Friday via X.
Phillips a dual-threat quarterback that has garnered offers from various Division I programs. Among the programs to offer him include; Iowa State, Army, and Navy among others.
At this time, WVU’s 2027 class ranked 22nd in the nation. More commitments are expected to come over the summer months.
