Morgantown, WV – The offensive line is slowly coming together for Rich Rodriguez and the West Virginia Mountaineers. Moments ago, the program added an All-Conference USA talent to the position room that is now headed by Coach Rick Trickett once again.
According to Vernon Bailey and Keenan Cummings of On3, former Jacksonville State offensive lineman Cameron Griffin has committed to West Virginia University.
Griffin was named First Team All-Conference USA at the conclusion of the 2025 season. Making 14 starts for the Gamecocks, the junior spent time at multiple positions along the offensive line. He follows Trickett, who spent the last four seasons as the offensive line coach at Jacksonville State.
Griffin will spend his final year of eligibility in the Gold and Blue.
