MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – For the fourth time on Monday, West Virginia has received a verbal commitment from a junior college player as part of the 2026 recruiting class. This time, it’s an offensive lineman.
Rich Rodriguez snagged a commitment from Deshawn Woods, a 6-foot-5 inch 280 pound offensive lineman from Butler Community College (El Dorado, KS). The Omaha native, who started his college career at Wyoming, adds depth to WVU’s trenches.
