Jett Walker, a dynamic running back from Georgetown (Tx.), has been named as one of the Top 25 running backs in the country by ESPN.
The ranking lists Walker as the nation’s 24th best running back and No. 51 overall prospect in the state of Texas. He received an overall grade of 79.
Walker, 6-foot-2, 212-pounds, committed to West Virginia in early April over offers from Houston, UNLV, Rice, New Mexico State and Tulsa, among others.
The Georgetown High standout is coming off an impressive junior campaign where he rushed for 2,348 yards and 38 touchdowns, while averaging an impressive 10.8 yards per carry.
