The West Virginia football coaching staff continues to see the fruits of their labor from a monster recruiting weekend, securing a verbal commitment from Orlando (Fla.) cornerback Emari Peterson.
The Evans High standout chose the Mountaineers over offers from Georgia Tech, LSU, Wake Forest, South Florida and Southern Miss, among others.
He announced his decision this morning on social media following his official visit to Morgantown this past weekend.
Peterson, 6-foot-2, 190-pounds, is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com.
