WVU Baseball Set to Face Kansas State in Big 12 Tournament

SURPRISE, Ariz. – The second-seeded West Virginia University baseball team will battle No. 11-seed Kansas State in the quarterfinals of the 2026 Big 12 Baseball Championship at Surprise Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday.

The Wildcats advanced after defeating No. 7-seed TCU 9-4 on Wednesday night in the second round. Earlier in the day, No. 8-seeded Baylor University defeated No. 9-seeded BYU and will face top-seeded Kansas in the quarterfinals.
