West Virginia has secured the commitment of redshirt junior tight end Josh Sapp from Clemson.
The news was first reported by Kennan Cummings on WVSports.com and On3.
Sapp, a 6-foot-2, 235-pound tight end from Greenville, South Carolina, entered the transfer portal in early January after four seasons with the Tigers.
Over his career in Death Valley, Sapp appeared in 41 games (with two starts), accumulating 24 receptions for 273 yards and 2 touchdowns across 465 snaps. His most productive season came in 2025, when he set career highs with 11 catches for 150 yards.
