By: Jonathan K. Martin

Niceville (Fla.) wide receiver Robert Stith has committed to West Virginia.

Stith, 6-foot-2, 185-pounds, made his decision following his official visit to West Virginia this weekend. He went public with his decision on social media.

Stith, a two-sport star known for his blazing speed and versatility, has been in contact with the wide receivers coach Ryan Garrett for several months now. Despite this past weekends visit not being his first trip to Morgantown, Stith knew WVU was a place he wanted to call home.

“This was my second time being at WVU,” Stith said. ” My time time there I already knew I wanted to play there. This trip was just a reminder on how great it is there. This is the place I want to be.”

This past season as a junior, Stith hauled in 45 catches for 870 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Stith committed to West Virginia over offers from Maryland, Toledo, East Carolina, Kentucky and Georgia Southern, among others.
