WVU Women’s Basketball Coach Mark Kellogg just made the shortest recruiting trip of his career. Not only was he able to nab his latest commit from inside the state, he did not even have to leave his house.
Mark’s daughter, Kayli Kellogg, has verbally committed to play for her dad at West Virginia.
The Morgantown High School Senior was one of the top players in the state as both a freshman and sophomore. Unfortunately, Kellogg missed the entire 2025-26 season with a knee injury.
During her sophomore year at Morgantown, the 5-foot-7 guard averaged 21.9 points per game. She led the Mohigans to a 20-4 record and to runner-up in the AAAA State Tournament.
In addition to WVU, the First Team All-State performer also held offers from D1 schools such as Northern Illinois, Mercyhurst, Long Beach State, and others.
