By: James Gravley | WV Sports Chat

Get ready for a fall baseball showdown as West Virginia University takes on Indiana University at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio, on Sunday, September 27.

The fall exhibition is part of Prasco Park’s Holy Smokes BBQ Competition, giving fans a chance to enjoy great baseball and some of the best BBQ trucks around. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m., while the Holy Smokes event begins at 12 p.m.

Although this game won’t go on the record books for any important game stats, it is important to note that Indiana holds a 3-0 series lead over the Mountaineers with the most recent meeting coming in the 2023 NCAA Tournament, when Indiana defeated WVU, 12–6.
