Morgantown, WV – Life comes at you fast. Just days after claiming he was a “Mountaineer for life” on Instagram Live, WVU receiver Cam Vaughn entered the NCAA Transfer Portal. Earlier today, we learned just where Vaughn will be taking his talents.
According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, Vaughn had committed to the University of Miami. The Georgia native, who followed Rich Rodriguez to Morgantown from Jacksonville State, grabbed 35 receptions for 541 yards and 4 touchdowns in 2025. Expected to be a key contributor for the Mountaineers, Rodriguez will now look to replace his production.
