Morgantown, WV – Rich Rodriguez has continued his pursuit of fixing WVU’s offensive line woes. After adding multiple linemen through the portal, the position room added even more depth earlier this evening. First reported by Keenan Cummings of On3, and later confirmed via a personal post on X, Jacksonville State’s Amare Grayson has committed to West Virginia University.

Grayson earned First Team All-Conference USA honors in 2025 after collecting 14 starts. As a freshman in 2024, he was named to the All-Conference USA Freshman team. He will follow offensive line coach Rick Trickett to Morgantown.

The Georgia native will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
