Morgantown, WV – The wide receiver room at West Virginia University has been decimated via the transfer portal. After losing multiple players at the position over the holidays, another pass-catcher hit the portal earlier this afternoon.
In a post on X, receiver Christian Hamilton announced his intentions to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal. After arriving at WVU by way of the University of North Carolina, the redshirt sophomore tallied 2 catches for 25 yards in limited action in 2025. It was expected that his production would increase in 2026.
Hamilton will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
