MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Six of the ten junior college (JUCO) transfers who signed with WVU football on National Signing Day earned NJCAA All-American Honors. One player was a first-team selection, one was a second-team selection and the other four were named honorable mention.

Darius Wiley from Hutchinson Community College was the lone first-team selection. The 6-foot-7, 250-pound defensive end is the third-straight Blue Dragon to be named a first-team All-American. Included on that list is current Mountaineer Marshon Oxley, who earned the honor in 2024.

Wiley, who helped lead Hutchinson to a National Championship, had 9.5 quarterback sacks and 21.5 total tackles for loss. Overall Wiley had 55 tackles, including eight in the national championship game.

The lone second-team selection on the NJCAA All-America team was running back Martavious Boswell. The sophomore from Copiah-Lincoln out of Mississippi finished the season with 1,109 yards rushing on 130 carries. The 5-foot-9, 175-pounder from Fort Worth, Texas ran for 13 touchdowns and averaged 8.5 yards per carry.

The four players named honorable mention were from two schools. Wide receiver Keon Hutchins and defensive lineman Jaylen Thomas will join the Mountaineers from Northwest Mississippi Community College. Defensive lineman KJ Henson and cornerback Da’Mun Allen will join their two Hutchinson C.C. teammates in Morgantown.
