The West Virginia men’s basketball program, under the leadership of head coach Ross Hodge, has extended a scholarship offer to class of 2027 center Jaydn Jenkins.
Jenkins, a highly touted 6-foot-10, 205-pound center from Archbishop Wood High School in Warminster, Pennsylvania, received the offer from assistant coach Phil Forte.
According to 247Sports, Jenkins is rated a four-star prospect and holds a 90 overall rating, ranking him No. 62 nationally and No. 9 among centers in his class. Additionally, he is listed as the No. 3 player in the state of Pennsylvania.
Jenkins’ recruitment has gained significant momentum in recent months, earning offers from major programs including Oklahoma State, Mississippi State, and Georgia, bringing his total to approximately a dozen Division I offers.
